Pros

Benefits and bonuses are the perks.

Cons

It was a great company when I started but soon became toxic when the Harvard mentality came into power. Then the inclusion phase started and became so much of the emphasis that it became distracting and nothing else mattered. Long term employees who had a folder full of positive reviews quickly come under fire when an intern supervisor decides you're no longer a good employee and upper management follows them instead of long term dedicated employees.

Cons

Lack of clear feedback or career progression Promotion is based on how much upper management likes you and not merit
