Expect boring work

Pros

Benefits, good pay, nice PTO bank, 401k paid for by company.

Cons

Super boring work. Call center type atmosphere for those of us who are FORCED to be on the phones. Phone call takers are treated like crap by other internal departments and paid just the same as those in other customer service departments, however, the work on the phones is tremendously challenging and difficult. Phone calls can be mentally draining, and you are dinged for taking too much time to recoup after rough calls. Bringing these issues to management does nothing - falls on deaf ears. I was told for years that "things would change" and it has not.

Pros

There are none to mention

Cons

If you work in the warehouse, there will not be any professional growth. They expect you to be a hard laborer for your entire time there despite having multiple degrees and experience.
