Work load was very dynamic and challenging. Management was very good in setting priorities and modifying those priorities if they became unrealistic.

Cons

Sometimes third party resources did not have the level of expertise that was required for the projects.

Dangerous location,poor security.I had a stalker waiting for me at the main entrence once,anyone can walk into the building if they wanted to. You will also deal with a lot of disrespectful callers and customers,coworkers and managers. Some of this mangers are under the impression that the are God. Your forced to work overtime. Low pay. When on lunch breaks managers will go look for to remind you that you have to get back on the phone in 3 minutes. I wish they would shut down already
