Pay is horrible....need to pay more if you want good people to stay. It’s a full time job/and I have no kids at home, and I still qualify for government asst...That is sad....You need another bread winner in the household if you want to work here.

Low pay. Horrible schedule (they do it to torture you). You'll be required to work so late on your Friday that it runs into your saturday. Your Sunday you'll be scheduled early early morning. Sometimes 130am. If you say anything you'll be considered as complaining. Not all equipment is up to date and some buses are just disgusting. You are told your gratuity from charters is %10, but it's actually lower and on a lot of charters you get no gratuity at all. Just a $8.75/hr job to drive around a huge bus with people who act like they were raised in a jungle.
