Great pay. Never any lag time. For the most part u understanding of those with children and family needs before work.

Cons

A lot of fowl language. Business ethics are not conducive for my values and morals as far as bulling and customer service.

The pay is excellent! Overtime is available.

Cons

Upper management is very discriminatory towards women and racist towards minorities. The turnover is extremely high. They will terminate your employment with no valid reasoning or proof. If you are a smart, intelligent woman, this is not the environment for you. This company thrives off of women with no backbones. The male managers literally belittle their female counterparts. The women in upper management are too weak to speak up for themselves so they take the frustration out on the staff.
