Upper management are very down to earth making them easily approachable.

Benefits were okay, offered tuition reimbursement, paid holiday, earned PTO, good location

Cons

Disorganization, rapid turn-over, high cost of health benefits for employee, location (also a con due to traffic), difficult to take time off due to no back-up support for office tasks

Pros

Highly challenging work environment, constantly changing. If you don't like a particular policy, don't worry, it will change fairly quickly, and on a day to day basis. Nepotism encouraged here. If you are loyal to this management team, and will do the most fundamental tasks without integrity, you'll either be terminated or compensated.

Cons

Hands off owner allows (and empowers) the COO full dictatorship. Most of the intelligent, hard working and ethical employees have left the company.
