VERY high turnover! You never when know when it is your last day working at Meckley. One day you're in, the next day you're out. Company and office policies that are not well thought out. Management is useless in handling workplace conflicts /issues. The owner , while a nice guy, is very hands off. Nepotism is rampant. Literally witnessed owners nephew do little to NO work and then would falsify his time sheet meanwhile the guys that do the MOST work are given a hard time. No room for growth...unless you are related to the owner or ready to put a price on your morals, character and integrity. I could really go on and on...

Great opportunity for someone who just need pay but no room for advancement and/or career consistency.

Cons

Worked here for 6 months (40 hrs a week) until my tools were stolen out of the work van, Quit!! I was rehired 2 month's later at the Richmond Virginia location where my hours deminished to 24 hrs a week because I was making more than the sorry Electrician they had there. Everybody was in on it....Screw you!
