Company its Family friendly as well shows appreciations to employees with lunches from time to time.

Cons

Hard work goes unnoticed no raises. I didn't receive a raise the entire time I was there . But my workload was more than others. ( Specific Department)

In addition to occasional lunches, we provide free interactive wellness sessions, volunteer opportunities, hold fun contests, and more. Med-Metrix has an annual performance review process and an annual compensation review directly tied into performance so that high performing employees can be recognized for their efforts. If an increase is not provided it indicates a coaching plan is needed to help the employee improve in their role. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
