* Slow career growth. * No rate increases for high performing contractors. * Lip service concern. It's always work > well-being.

Growing organization that does not sacrifice culture or their people to make an extra dollar. Profitability is important but the company values their people and understand they are the ones that make the organization successful.

Cons

Benefits could be better - not a huge fan of Cigna nor the employee monthly premium costs.
