You get a good amount of sick leave and PTO.

Cons

Management is rude and unprofessional. No clear guidance on how to handle calls. They make stuff up as they are learning the clients and make you look bad with callers.

Good salary. No bonus though

Cons

Everything else. From HR to Managers to Upper Management. It is not a company where one grows more does the company itself. It Nicole and dimes EVERYTHING. Plus they ask you to work, but the "older tenured" folks hog everything to themselves. You go in thinking you'll be contributing and they sideline you. WORST job I EVER had in my life.

Pros

The job is remote. Once your training period is done, as long as you get your work done and to the standard they expect, they won’t bother you too much.

Cons

Depending on the team you are in, they might micromanage you at times. Sometimes productivity numbers is ridiculously high and they don’t try to understand. If you have a great supervisor, they will try to help you to reach your numbers.
