Pros
No good reasons to work at this company. A bunch of yes men and leadership does not take any accountability for their screw ups. They have the people they want in place even if they are not qualified. It's a family organization, everyone that works there is either related or had past relations with one another. Leadership ignores the employees who actually does the work and follow ups then will blame them for a deliverable being late.
