Business Outlook
Pros
This is the best place I've worked in regards to flexibility and working remote. Very nice managers that did not micromanage you to death. Overall a great place to work. I keep my eye on postings and flirt with the idea of returning.
Cons
At the time that I worked there the PTO accrual was too low for me. Granted, they had great flexibility but I need more PTO days than what they offered at the time.
