Flexible schedule, great manager, good benefits and teamwork, good company to work for if you don't mind switching from projects and specialties

Cons

Not enough PTO, and the contracting work with little to no training was difficult. There often wasn't enough work, which is ultimately why I left.

MedKoder truly cares about it's employees and creates an environment where each staff member can grow and flourish in their positions. They treat their clients and their staff with the utmost respect and support. I have recently retired, but am so thankful that I was part of their team to end my career.
