There is no opportunity for growth, many lateral moves available, however hardworking individuals never have an opportunity to grow within the organization. Employee reviews are only offered once a year and little effort is put into the process by management. Compensation is below average and mangement continually stresses opportunity for increases however nothing comes of this unless you like receiving intermediate 'bonus checks' for $200. Senior leadership should consider cleaning house, too many mid-level managers without excellent or even good management skills. The vast majority of the workforce wastes Company time chatting and surfing the 'net' creating extra work for those few who perform their tasks effectively and efficiently.
