Best Healthcare 401K matching Great starting PTO Flexibility to work from home as needed.

Cons

Female pay in IT is not comparable to males. No growth opportunities in IT or Project Managment unless you are male. Favoritism for new management roles instead of an open position and applications.

Amazing benefit package, really generous.

Cons

Lots of disconnect between departments. Internal communication is very ineffective. Seem to hire the most introverted of introverts. Nothing wrong with introverts, but it leaves only a few people running most of the operations.
