Pros

Insurance, lunch program, PTO, location. My immediate supervisor is great, understanding and helpful. Which helps to keep me in my position for now.

Cons

Moving to a different role is not as easy as they claim, they often hire from outside first. Training is beyond poor. Many people are rude or stuck up, they have a clicky, high school mindset.
