Gone Woke

Pros

Overall good company with good benefits, and many great people.

Cons

The place has taken a nosedive culturally in the past few years. Company has made many questionable decisions regarding sponsoring Pride month events, allowing far-left activists to have free reign on “committees,” and other means of fake virtue signaling. If you believe in traditional or conservative values, you’ll probably feel pretty marginalized here - which seems to be the goal these days.

Pros

Great pay and benefits. Can't imagine another company that matches them. But you will work your a** off for them. If you are young and have no family or are just the type of person that is a workaholic and can tune out the BS critical race garbage spewing from the mouth of the super white dude running the company, and the super white middle aged folks running every division, you'll be fine. Also, the people are awesome. Really nice and well qualified with great attitudes.

Cons

Make no mistake, this company will work you to death. No concept of work life balance and if you try to tell them there is just too much, the response is "it's not a 40 hour a week job". Meanwhile, the CEO took away the day after Thanksgiving as a holiday and replaced it with MLK day for "racial reckoning". Like Warren Buffett and company couldn't have given us both. They make you suffer through DIE training but the only person of color in management at the entire company is the DIE officer. It's so cringe.
