      Pros

      Excellent hours, tuition reimbursement ,decent health insurance , some clinical growth is possible, excellent education department, some department heads are very encouraging

      Cons

      No room for growth , everything appears to be outsourced , ridiculous wage increases, no support from administration or the higher ups, Christmas bonus is taken from your own pay and given as gift card, awful clinical staff retention

      Pros

      Patient First Care, Has all the most recent technology and treatment techniques, diverse staff, large access to educational opportunities, good benefits, this place will make you a better therapist!

      Cons

      poor relationship between therapy and nursing staff, fast paced, management expects you to go above and beyond the job description (not necessarily a con but something to be aware of)

      Pros

      Good doctor nurse communication. Some other RN's are helpful. Competent preceptors (most) when you can find them.

      Cons

      Education for Critical Care Course not 'user friendly' and threatening atmosphere somewhat intimidating for newly licensed nurse. Floor Management kind of missing in action with communication and basic empathy.
