      Specific excellent researchers, physicians, nurses, others. Time off and benefits. Teams try to work together.

      Cons

      Corporate operates via intimidation. Pressure, lack of support for day to day work. Mgmt out of touch. Managers label each other. Poor managers there for life. Patient safety.
