The best thing about this job is probably the stepping stone it provides in progressing your career. It looks good on your resume I will say,

Cons

Compensation is not nearly enough for what this company will have you doing, Favoritism is more than apparent in this work environment. Companies ethics and morals are just questionable. Unfair treatment towards staff and patients, overall do not recommend.
