      Pros

      Great health benefits, robust hospital network, clinical staff that really care about what they do

      Cons

      This is a good place to work in management if you are in the end stage of your career. Compensation for senior "leaders" is not aligned with a non-profit organization. A lot of time is spent on trying to keep perks and benefits of senior associates from staff - country club memberships, special retirement plans, and other things.

      Pros

      Good benefits and they are affordable. Amount of vacation time is good too (although actually taking a vacation is frowned upon due to work loads)

      Cons

      Not a good work/life balance for corporate employees. Raises are terrible, the past 2 years we received 1.25%. You are expected to work through your lunch and past 5:00 in order to keep up with your workload.
