      Great benefits and good team mates. Open to new ideas and projects. Great reception to accepting new technology and adapting with current trends.

      Too much bureaucracy resulting in too much micro management. No clear directions. A lack of leadership and no room for growth.

      Great health benefits, robust hospital network, clinical staff that really care about what they do

      This is a good place to work in management if you are in the end stage of your career. Compensation for senior "leaders" is not aligned with a non-profit organization. A lot of time is spent on trying to keep perks and benefits of senior associates from staff - country club memberships, special retirement plans, and other things.
