Pros

Depending on the unit you are on, you could have a good work atmosphere or you could dread going into work - as I assume is everywhere. - resource nurse - rapid response teams and code blue teams for non-icu floors - anesthesia team for emergent or hard intubations (hospital wise) - union hospital

Cons

- union hospital (pay is not as competitive as others in the area) - short staffed and high turnover rate of nurses - very fast paced - the workload can be greater than what is safe at times
