We understand that working in emergency medicine can be incredibly demanding, both emotionally and physically. We’re continually looking for ways to better support our teams and help maintain a healthy balance. Currently, we have some resources available to caregivers, including mental wellbeing apps, our Employee Assistance Program, and the creation of a well-being room. Utilizing PTO is always encouraged to help caregivers reset and recharge. We truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication you put into such a challenging role.
