Pros
Fun patients (animals), great co-workers (for the most part), convenient location to Columbus proper, high confidence in company's product/services.
Cons
No upward mobility. Unfair distribution of work among employees. Night, weekend and holidays must be worked. Politics, back stabbing and gossip are encouraged/overlooked by management. Unwilling to work with long term employees in the areas of schedules, paid time off and pay/benefits. Co-workers who call off constantly, come in late or no call/no show are not punished.
