Teamwork, Leadership, Compassion... it's true
Pros
MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets is a team of hospitals, all striving for the same goal, practice the best veterinary medicine in all disciplines. I personally think they do this and do it very well. The more exciting thing about MedVet's hospitals though, is that they continue to improve on what they already do wonderfully. When there are problems, I've found how they deal with them in an exceptionally logical, and compassionate way. I think this creates a place for not only growth in veterinary medicine, and business but growth within ones personal life too. I always feel like I'm making a difference; I'm a better practitioner, a better writer, a better photographer and a better father because of my positive work environment.
Cons
Sometimes changes don't happen as fast as I would like it too, but I think this is just a business problem rather than a MedVet problem. Change takes a lot of people to make it work and work well. MedVet has always made positive changes in it's company and I look forward to continued improvement.
