5yWe are glad you joined MedVet! The Emergency and Specialty space can be demanding both physically and mentally. This is why it's very important that our team members have access to their PTO from the day they start and are encouraged to take time off through out the year. You also have the option to allocate some of your unused PTO towards your employee pet balance.

We understand, ten hours is a long time! Some of our departments are ten hours shifts and some are eight. If you find your schedule is challenging, please reach out to your manager to discuss if other options within the department or hospital are available.
