Pros

MedVet was very caring and fun family oriented place to work. All staff was very helpful in supporting each other and giving the same compassion and family connection to each client and their pet. Managers and admin staff were always understanding and accommodating.

Cons

I have no cons for MedVet.

Pros

This is a place where the mission is to provide the best specialty Vet care for patients, the best client service to pet parents, productive partnerships with fellow Veterinarians and a supportive environment to employees. All these things make it easy to be proud of working here.

Cons

Have not seen any cons yet, but with any job in the medical field, I am sure there are some downsides. The key to weighing pros and cons is to decide if the trouble is worth it. I just replace the word "hard" work with "important" work and it makes me love what I do no matter what.
