Response on behalf of the Hospital Director: MedVet is an organization that provides a safe workplace for our employees. At MedVet Chicago, we provide security guards at night, as well as a third-party service, to help manage client service at the door while we remain curbside, for the health and protection of our dedicated healthcare and support teams. MedVet cares about their employees and it shows. We enjoy one of the lowest turnover rates in the profession. We invite veterinary professionals to join our team and learn why. In addition, MedVet enhances the employee experience with activities like providing noodle dishes to team members for National Noodle Month in March. We take care to provide meal options for all dietary needs. We welcome your feedback and encourage you to bring your concerns directly to your HR Manager or Hospital Director for further discussion.
