Benefits are good, uniform allowance, PTO, we get bonuses yearly, and there’s always work

Cons

Catty environment, very mismanaged, pay is low, understaffed constantly, overworked, no sick days

Thank you for your feedback on being a part of the MedVet team. We know that working in Emergency and Specialty some days are longer than others and it can be difficult to navigate the critical caseload. We have created a strong set of tools and support options to help maintain personal health and wellbeing, including the Employee Assistance Program, Rally Health, HeadSpace and well-being rooms onsite at the hospital. As we continue to grow, adding new team members to support our current employees is at the front of our efforts. Our managers and supervisors are available during shifts to help our teams grow and develop, as well as address any concerns and issues that arise during the day.
