the work with you, they care, the will help you out no matter what, the management isn't in that "High School Child Mind Set", they are very respectful on certain levels

Cons

there will be times when the people i work with will revert to the High School mindset, but thankfully i have a good management team to look into it so i wont be alone in the situation, and they can be dealt with the right way

- Compensated very well - Lots of autonomy in techniques - Entirely electronic-based flow sheets/anesthetic sheets/etc. - Opportunity for OT

Cons

- Management needs improvement locally and further up the corporate chain - Communication needs improvement - Vastly understaffed

When it comes to communications and staffing for leadership in departments, we are working to improve in this area and have recently developed roles for clinical supervisors for departments to help support the clinical managers.
