      Pros

      Great people work here. We are a very busy and growing group of hospitals that have the best doctors, techs and support staff. The cases we see can be challenging but we work together to take care of our furry patients. If looking to go into Management, there are many opportunities from STL to clinical manager to positions in support services. Can also travel to help other hospitals. Entire team gets R Factor training and managers and above get annual leadership training. Everyone gets paid CE!

      Compassion fatigue is real and can take a toll.

      Committed to provide a better life for pets through high-quality medical care. Great team of doctors, clinical staff and support staff to work with.

      Sometimes too busy, and not all pets can be treated back to good health.
