Veterinarian owned and led makes a difference. Decision making is sound and thoughtful. Benefits are impressive. Collaborative work environment.

Cons

Need to be a collaborator to thrive in this environment. Need to have strong boundaries to not get roped into a lot of additional non clinical work (i.e. committees, after hours events, etc.) - doing some of this is great but there can be a lot.

We have some really great perks to help navigate the stress of long hours and support mental and physical health, such as PTO, mental wellbeing apps, Employee Assistance Programs and the well-being room.
