      The organization is disorganized and does not support its employees allowing for very low job satisfaction.

      Pros

      Advanced veterinary medicine. The doctors are very experienced and practice excellent medicine. There are many talented technicians employed there as well.

      Cons

      Little support from leadership, low morale, poor understanding of local needs from the home hospital. They are so busy yet cannot adequately provide good service due to poor reputation, in addition to, a national technician shortage. The employees burn out very quickly.

      Pros

      Great co workers, great veterinary medicine and care

      Cons

      No chance to move up in the company, they treat their employees horribly and make it clearly known that you are replaceable. All of the clinical managers have a group office AKA the party room, they are always in there gossiping and laughing.

      Pros

      Fun patients (animals), great co-workers (for the most part), convenient location to Columbus proper, high confidence in company's product/services.

      Cons

      No upward mobility. Unfair distribution of work among employees. Night, weekend and holidays must be worked. Politics, back stabbing and gossip are encouraged/overlooked by management. Unwilling to work with long term employees in the areas of schedules, paid time off and pay/benefits. Co-workers who call off constantly, come in late or no call/no show are not punished.
