On Behalf of Hospital Director: "We take our team member satisfaction and engagement very seriously at MedVet Hilliard. We strive to foster a positive and collaborative environment at our hospital. Over the past 2 years in particular, we have focused significantly on enhancing our Employee Experience, which has been inclusive of focusing on our career framework which supports continued growth and development within current roles and setting employees up for success for promotions. Identifying talent and passion for veterinary healthcare is important and supporting employee career goals will continue to be a priority. In addition, we have made multiple changes in our compensation model and passed those along to our clinical team members across the organization. W to ensure better overall compensation models. In combination with those efforts, we have been focusing on stress management and wellbeing initiatives such as offering free subscriptions to mental wellbeing apps, along with our Employee Assistance Program with easy access to resources and connecting our team members with health professionals through Talk Space. We hope this will continue to support and promote healthy ways of dealing with stress so everyone can be the best version of themselves when they are doing what they love. We will continue prioritizing our Employee Experience and take feedback seriously. We appreciate you sharing your voice. "
