It seemed to be a professional place very welcoming and I was excited to start my employment here

Cons

I was trained very briefly and told that I was doing great each day with no constructive or negative feedback given. Only to be pulled aside after working only a few days and let go in the most condescending, belittling and unprofessional way I have encountered in my career.

I have no probs about this company. Horrible

Cons

Supervisor micromanaging, attendance, communication, training, lack of documentation on how to handle calls, lead out of intimidation. Talks to you in a degrading matter. No employee morale high turnover. Try to take way lunch and breaks.
