Pros

You will work with an outstanding team who is committed to solving hard problems. You will work with a founder/CEO who is passionate and committed to leading by example. She is the first one in the office and I dare you to not be inspired by her work and her story. Benefits/ pay /equity are competitive.

Cons

You will be expected to be self motivated and work hard. If you need to be micromanaged, this is not for you. If you see something that needs fixing you need to take the lead or initiative.

An Incredible Learning Journey at Medable

Pros

Having been a part of the Medable team for the past five years, I can confidently say that this journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Every startup faces its share of growing pains, and Medable is no exception. However, what truly sets this company apart is its remarkable ability to turn these challenges into invaluable learning opportunities Throughout my time here, I've witnessed firsthand how Medable's leadership and dedicated team members have come together to navigate and conquer significant challenges. The company's determination to overcome obstacles has not only fueled its growth but has also transformed it into a true leader in the realm of Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCTs).

Cons

In the spirit of providing a balanced perspective, it’s worth mentioning that Medable, being a remote company, faces the challenge of improving communication and expediting decision-making processes. While remote work has enabled flexibility and diverse perspectives, there’s always room for refining how we communicate and ensuring that decisions are made swiftly.

Pros

Remote work, good team to work with, off camera meetings mostly allowed

Cons

Top execs don’t listen to feedback for improvement, product has extreme customization and many manual steps that require many hours of work and documentation.
