      Pros

      Medable offers an amazing culture and work environment . The company offers a lot of opportunity for people to speak up and be part of the change, which is awesome! Benefits are great, flexible schedule and PTO are pretty awesome as well! CEO understands the space as she is a Physician who participated in trials herself as Doctor! It matters having a leader that understands the mission and not just the business side!

      The only pro is to never work here.

      Cons

      This company will use you for everything they need. There is no loyalty, no one wants to see you achieve, and no support from leadership. All your managers and leadership cares about is themselves. They are horrible. The product is a mess, no one knows what to work on, and its only a matter of time before this company goes bankrupt.

      They pay a decent salary, in comparison with other companies. Willing to train once you have the position. Foster an environment where question asking isn't punished.

      Cons

      In the year I worked there they had three rounds of layoffs. I was taken out in the third round.
