Remote work. Friendly environment. Flexible

Cons

Layoffs every now and then and doesn't matter if you are a top performer or did everything to your team. Management will pick up your name randomly and threw you out. No one is safe even the company is doing pretty good in Sales and investment however they are greedy and cold blooded. No clear plan to progress your career.

Weak management. Lack of diversity - 60% of people are from the same country/origin. Risky to work for - extreme layoff culture. Extreme uncertainty - unlike a 500 people company - more like a 15 people startup - Yet: very slow to deliver as an organization - Takes years to achieve anything.
