Remote work. Top notch employees.

Cons

In the latest round of layoffs ( second one in less than 6 months), upper management basically threw names in a hat and pulled out the names of those who would lose their job regardless of their skills, accolades or performance. Key employees were let go for no apparent reason. When questioned about the criteria for the selection, upper management was nowhere to be found. The morale of the entire company has plummeted and working not knowing if you will be that next name out of the hat is miserable.

Cons

- Likely running out of money (2 rounds of layoffs in the last ~5 months) - Business Development needs to rethink the way they sell the product/timelines to the client - The product needs a lot of work - currently very low company morale
