Pros

This company values work-life balance and coworkers are nice. All positions are fully remote, with the company hosting an annual in-person event.

Cons

The company is experiencing significant changes, leading to feelings of uncertainty and burnout among some employees. There is a lack of diversity within our executive suite and upper management. There is a disconnect between leadership's statements and their actions. The company waited until after employees submitted their evaluations to implement changes to the policy on evaluations and merit increases.

Cons

Consistently promised higher compensation 'if you just keep pushing' and doing work outside of your role, but miniscule raises regardless of the effort put in or time at the company. Recently received my highest rated performance review which acknowledged multiple projects outside my role, and was given the lowest compensation adjustment I've had since working here. 4 years with the company, 2+ years in a leadership position, and I'm not even making the median salary for a non-leadership position of my role. There are consistent excuses about why the company can't provide compensation that matches the market value for current employees despite always hiring for positions. During company events it's always about how great everything is going, yet when it's time for raises it's always "a difficult time right now"

The people I work with are amazing. Love the flexibility of working 100% remote. Employees are willing to help each other out and recognize each other for accomplishments

Cons

Little transparency from exec team about decisions that are made, people are silently let go with no explanation or announcement to the rest of the company, senior leaders and CEO lie to employees, lack of diversity among leadership
