Passionate people who are truly invested in the work they perform, most positions offer a variety of duties with the ability to take on more responsibility, providing a valuable service to clients, great focus on wellness

Cons

Slow to make changes to much needed technology, can be unwilling to spend money in other needed areas as well (i.e. hiring more people), need management level training

Below average pay. Poorly trained, unqualified, and inefficient Mangers, some employees, and corporate office staff. Many medical records are unsecured. The training is insufficient for managers and employees. Managers will lie straight to your face. Many patients receive inappropriate treatment.

Corporate office staffed by mostly good, caring people. Wellness is definitely a focus, culture encourages healthy living. Contests, theme activities help encourage socializing between departments.

Cons

Unfortunately, pay and advancement opportunities depend entirely on who you know, not what you know. Owners/executives employ family and kids friends, frat brothers, etc. if you're not part of this inside circle, pay is definitely not comparable to industry mean. Culture tends toward sticking around until a better opportunity comes along.
