Cons

The client's you are contracted with like to push the companies Policies and Procedures. Mgmt. didn't back you up. Nasty when you give notice.

Great culture with opportunities for advancement. Medcor is a great company to work for and I wake up every day excited for what the day will hold.

Cons

Highly competitive for promotions but you are able to get them if you are willing to work hard and go above your normal requirements.

Flexibility and hours are great, very rare to work weekends

Cons

There weren't any real cons. Sometimes if you work in a one man shop you don't have a person to work per diem in case you are on vacation.
