Pros

The company shows appreciation for their employees and their well-being. It's thoughtful and considerate.

Cons

The telephone triage nurses work apart from the rest of the company and don't have the same "employee culture" that others have. More could be done in this way to include nurses, appreciate their work and incorporate them. The telephone triage position is very stationary and is hard to adjust to for some. For others, it's a great fit.

Pros

Great benefits, pay, and work. Administrators for the most part are left to run their clinic.

Cons

I don't see any opportunities for growth from the field. Definitely feel like just a number. Corporate does not return phone calls or emails. You must constantly be on corporate if you need an answer. However, if corporate needs something from you...you are expected to answer immeadiately.
