Pros

I've been at Meddys for 3 years I've learned a lot. Like multitasking and having great customer service. Great co-workers. I'm an assistant manager. You are in charge of leading the team and making sure the store is clean and you get all your tasks done before the next shift comes in. It can be stressful at times but with the management we have they will always help you whenever you need it.

Honestly none. This business is great!

Fun environment, decent pay with very inconsistent hours

Cons

One w2 for every location you worked at even though they’re all Meddys restaurants that are owned by the same person. Got nothing back this year when I’ve never gotten less than $3k in my life when working elsewhere. My tax refund from meddys got me $0 due to the way they did the company taxes. Plus, any tips made only go towards your hourly wage you’re promised per hour. They tell you that the tips are how you are paid so much so every tip is split equally between all employees.

Cons

Management does not care about employees. It’s work work work until you get burnt out and then it’s damage control. I will not let this go until I hear resolve. DO NOT WORK HERE.
