good salary but you will probably be laid off within 6 months

Cons

CEO is untrustworthy. If you interview with him do not believe anything he says. They hire people then lay them off after a few months. They must have a terrible CFO if she cannot budget out a position longer than a few months. HR will probably respond here like he does to all the reviews and say we thank you for the review we take all feedback seriously. If leadership took these reviews seriously then why does nothing improve? Why are there constant layoffs?

Fully remote Depending on your boss, flexible working environment

Cons

1. Constant layoffs 2. No room for growth 3. Forcing employees to take Google certifications that have nothing to do with their job description. Also will only reimburse if you pass 3. Compensation is horrible. Raises and bonuses do not exist 4. Company will be sold for parts 5. CEO does not care about his employees. 6. No real sales in the last 3 years, company care barely pay their bills. 7. They is no diversity in leadership.
