Thanks for your posting. We understand that sometimes, in some teams, our communication processes break down. Over the last 3 years, we've invested -- and we'll continue to invest -- in management training, all-employee meetings, bi-weekly roadmap office hours and more. Like many fast-moving companies, we understand that communication is particularly essential to innovation, delivery of customer satisfaction and overall connection to strategy. We will persevere. Regarding your comments about overseas outsourcing: we regularly assess opportunities for outsourcing in many areas. Again, like many fast-growing companies, we need to prepare for changes in our business that require different staffing models. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
