Pros

- Free snacks. - The pay. - The ability to spend HCSC money haphazardly. - Pink and orange pillows on the couches.

Cons

No vision or strategy. CEO is absolutely useless, often sits in town-hall meetings texting and not really paying attention. Sales team has turned over several times over the last few years, still no sales. Maybe it is not the people selling, maybe it is what they are selling. Faux culture, more like a cult with long standing employees (the only ones posting positive reviews here). They believe they are "liberating healthcare". The only liberating I saw there was smart people liberating themselves from the company.

Pros

Ability to work from home. New office setting close to KOP. Fast pace environment - using up to date technology.

Cons

Complete lack of work/life balance. Poor management and senior leadership - communication gap between management and staff continues to widen. Unable to retain top talent. Outsourcing core technical resources/positions to over sea's.

Dear reviewer, Thanks for your posting. We understand that sometimes, in some teams, our communication processes break down. Over the last 3 years, we've invested -- and we'll continue to invest -- in management training, all-employee meetings, bi-weekly roadmap office hours and more. Like many fast-moving companies, we understand that communication is particularly essential to innovation, delivery of customer satisfaction and overall connection to strategy. We will persevere. Regarding your comments about overseas outsourcing: we regularly assess opportunities for outsourcing in many areas. Again, like many fast-growing companies, we need to prepare for changes in our business that require different staffing models. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
