      Pros

      I am a new employee and they have one of the best training programs I've ever seen. The managers really care if you succeed and do their best from day 1 to help you. The company philosophy is about as straightforward as you can get, they care about their customers and their employees. When I look around at the people on the sales floor I see a lot of smiling faces, which is a direct reflection of the managers and the CEO. Medical Guardian is a hidden gem

      Pros

      Atmosphere is lively! People are friendly. When you walk on the floor you can feel the success and it makes you want to be successful. The opportunity for a significant income is real!

      Cons

      Only one I can think of so far is that there are no work from home opportunities.
