Pros

Medical guardian provides a needed service that allows many elderly people to feel save and protected. Friendly environment , easy to get along with everyone . CEO actually makes an effort to get to know everyone. Management and peers are very supportive and always willing to help. Literally learn something new everyday. Definitely a company to consider going long term with. There are lots of opportunities to advance within. The days goes by fairly fast and it pays well with benefits. The job is what you make it , what you put in is what you will get out. Everyone has their own personal desk. There is also a very nice open cafe area with coffee area and lots of refrigerator space.

Management is extremely supportive and will go above and beyond to help you grow in the position. Regular coaching sessions are the norm. Generous PTO is provided.

Cons

Your performance is compared to the performance of your peers each day, which can be intimidating. Some training/reference materials are outdated or incorrect, which can be frustrating when you're trying to learn. Health insurance benefits have room to improve.

Adequate training, excellent pay, great work environment, weekly coaching with supervisors, benefits. It's nice to have a CEO who doesn't have hide away in a office but takes the time to get to know his employees. As well as a management team who genuinely care and make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed. It's a great to have a job where you enjoy what you do and also know your helping others.
