The people are very great and so willing to help out and i'm happy to be part of this new world as more than a sales rep I am a life safety consultant. only 1 month in and I'm already making more than my Base rate.

Cons

you aren't going to learn everything you need to know in the 1 week of training that they give you. Every day it's going to be new lessons you have to learn and adapt to. With a 100% commission based job you would hope you have more flexibility to take a vacation or a day off less than 21 day notice.

Since working here, there is so much opportunity to consistently grow and strive. Medical Guardian really lives and breathes its values. I feel both challenged yet supported every single day, and truly feel that I am making an impact. The management will work with you one-on-one and will help you with improving skills to assure your success through bi-weekly meetings. This is the type of job that truly reflects that the work you put in will reflect in the results that come out. You have the ability to make a lot of money here and make a consistently good check. Uncapped commission and full benefits. You have to hold yourself accountable for achieving results and it so worth it. The job is so simple yet rewarding since you are helping people at the end of the day. The CEO is an amazing person and goes out his way to get to know everyone and the love he has for Medical Guardian gives you a sense of pride in working here. The people are really nice and there's always fun company events or big sales contests that makes the job even better. I highly recommend working here!
